cobertura diferentes:
El chocolate de cobertura negro 70% ofrece unas notas muy distintivas de frutos amarillos durante su degustación.
Al principio, el chocolate revela unas notas exquisitas de ciruela y cacao tostado, a las que se añaden generosos matices de manzana cocida con mantequilla y regaliz.
El final se decanta por las notas ácidas, picantes y mentoladas.
El chocolate de cobertura con leche 47%, de textura lisa y cremosa, destila un armonioso equilibrio entre unas suaves notas de capuchino y chocolate caliente con matices de avellana y pan tostado.
El deje final es de notas de caramelo con mantequilla y potentes notas de cacao y café tostado.
